Summary/Abstract: Era of the information society, which without doubt, is XXI century, is also era of increase the service meaning, include the service with TSL range. Progressive globalization force on companies continuously perfect of functions way also search the new conceptions and methods of management. Drive knowledge and experience with wide spectrum of production, transfer the solutions or conceptions to service, shall be natural aftereffect. The global competitions, which is effect of unlimited information flow, cause, that attractive of TSL companies is possible only like an element of all supply chain. Individual company, which not belong to systematic chain, can’t come up to customers expectations for the sake of obvious expectations. In supply chain system, fluently flow on information is base to exist and competition. Pursuit of full and current information from all environment of supply chain is necessary but only clear, lean system can add the value on legible form and undisturbed of the redundant hum information.
