Summary/Abstract: Financial institutions and their participation in development of trade and Poland-China economic cooperation. Chinese economy has been developing extremely dynamically over past several years. The fact that China opened for foreign markets gives benefits to China as well as its trade partners. China finds new markets willing to buy its goods whilst contracting parties are able to choose from a wide range of export products. It is also Poland that trades with China. Although the value of import is still much higher than the value of export, yet year by year important improvement in value of transactions has been observed over the last decade. This surely gives fair promise for the future. First of all, when it comes to trading with a country so distinct as China it is very important to remember about transactions safety. This issue is solved by mutual trading contracts.
