Summary/Abstract: Mobile technology has significant impact on the way we live and the way we conduct business today. Bluetooth, SMS and Quick Response codes are fast becoming a powerful force in marketing communication, acting as a connector between the physical world, mobile network and the Internet. There are plenty of creative ideas for how businesses, non-profits, government administrations and municipalities can use mobile marketing tools and communicate themselves better to their customers. In the nearest future, it is likely that all marketing communication activities will become interactive and the customers will become a participant rather than a target audience.
