Summary/Abstract: The ever-changing social and economic circumstances of our time are constantly creating new expectations for skilled young people leaving the labor market. In order for the school to be able to complete its task of getting young people with the right skills, prepared and competent out of the school to work in the world, and thus enabling the school to meet the new demands of society and the economy, it must constantly adjust to change, he must constantly develop.
