Summary/Abstract: Csongor Kuti’s three-chapter paper first reviews the special characteristics of the Romanian labour market of performance artists. In the second part he analyses the legal framework governing the sales of artistic productions. The closing chapter lists the obstacles to establishing these transactions on user agreements.
