Summary/Abstract: Jurist Csongor Kuti surveys Romanian employment laws and employment possibilities in his thorough essay. With the help of examples from Hungary and other foreign countries, he offers a few suggestions with the aim to make the legal and regulatory conditions more precise, and to transform them so that the interests of often vulnerable artist employees could be better represented. He proposes the creation of a strong network of unions.
