Summary/Abstract: The participation of the minor political parties in every parliamentary election is different: they ei-ther act individually or in coalition. Although by definition the proportional method is most ade-quate for the aforementioned parties, the 83.951 electorates who voted for the minor parties at the latest parliamentary elections are not represented in the Assembly.
