Consumer assessment concerning the quality of services provided by ‘fast urban train’ in Tricity

Summary/Abstract: The consumer research has been undertaken to determine the quality of transport services, provided by the ‘Fast Urban Railway’ in Tricity, such as ticket sales, providing safety and comfort while traveling etc. The article also includes basic information on public transport and its development, as well as description of the Fast Urban Railway company. The study group consisted of 105 respondents, 62 women and 43 men. The main research tool was a questionnaire, consisting of eight closed questions, but also a short individual interview. It was examined whether the consumers are satisfied with the services provided by the Fast Urban Railway in Tricity. Additionally, it has been verified, which aspect affects this assessment the most.
