Summary/Abstract: The article shows the characterization of touroperator and travel agents, which are located in Lublin, in terms of organization of companies, their offers, the number of employees. There have also been assessed the technical quality of Lublin travel agents. The study evaluates factors such as cleanliness of offices, interior design, waiting room facilities, accessibility, facilities for persons with disabilities, and employee knowledge of travel agents about their offer. While research has benefited from the mystery shopping method.
