Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this study, after measure service quality by SERVQUAL service quality scale about banks operating in Çorum, this conlusions are evaluated by AHP and TOPSIS. In this study, we regulate dimensions of SERVQUAL scale temper to 1-9 scale that developed by Saaty, than customers pairwise comparisons. The result of AHP; criterions range by this means: responsiveness, reliability, assurance, tangibles and emphaty. Alternatives as to; three modt used banks in Çorum. The results of TOPSIS show consistency AHPs and get the same sorting.
