Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present the consumer preferences regarding to the products as well as their position on the tourism market. Dominating position of the customer is a result of the fact that consumption drives production and influences an economic development. This relationship creates a new approach to the tourist-consumer needs. Creating and sharing knowledge among tourism enterprises and other organizations is an important condition for improving quality of consumer-market relationships.
