Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article are changes in consumer behavior due to the crisis. Based on the results of research reports the directions of consumer activity aimed at cutting market spending during crisis and declarations of reducing them after the crisis were indicated. It was noted, how consumers’ psychographic characteristics create their reactions to the crisis. Changes of megatrends observed in the market environment have also been presented in the paper.
