Summary/Abstract: The report focuses on the impact of modern technology (high tech) on consumer behavior. It shows the changes in consumer shopping process and consumer behavior as the effects of the use of high-tech in the process of purchasing and consumption. Report indicates the similarity of strengthened changes in the behavior of Polish consumers to the global trends of consumer behavior. Report also includes evaluation of these changes in terms of the emergence of the benefits and effects harmful to consumers. The analysis was conducted on the example of consumers aged 18-34 years.
