Summary/Abstract: With the passing of time as a result of the marketing conceptions evolution it came understanding that real well-being of the company is a customer and on the customer all the activities should be focused. Currently, a widespread client-centered marketing conception is the CRM conception – Customer Relationship Management. The Customer Relationship Management is realised through information technology called CRM. The content included in the article brings closer the subject connected with CRM conception and also with CRM computer systems.
