Summary/Abstract: Study on private copying allows formulating a statement fictional and real. This paradox is explained by the importance of each person's access to literary, artistic or scientific work published. If two or more people want to read both literary creation and the library is a single and work that is not found in bookstores alternative solution would be to loan the book. But under study can be represented by a scientific work, and one of the people being investigated, intends to borrow the book for a long time for research. The problem can be solved by borrowing a book and make private copies by the scientist.
