The chosen issues of the town financial economy in the spatial metropolisation context

Summary/Abstract: The contemporary development of towns takes place in the different economic and social conditions which is due to the local societies’ needs. Also the different rules of the rational economy are used in the implementation of those tasks, from conventional to more innvetional ones. One of the most important factors determining the management of the town is its financial system. That financing takes place in the different conditions and it is the local government and the government administration that play the specific role in the process of management.
