Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to identify powiat’s activity factors that influence the efficiency of the labor market policy. Beside the article tries to answer a question – what changes should be carry out to increase the efficiency. These issues are analyzed on the example of Employment Agency in Lomza.
