The Evaluations And Recommendations On Introductions Of Quran Translations

Summary/Abstract: For a successful translation it is important that Quran translations must be prepared in accordance with translation techniques, language and wording must be consistent with the language of the era and the translations must be consider the interlocutors. The more important is to prepare an introduction that gives technical and preliminary information about the characteristics of translation to readers. Kuran must be read, understood and interpreted with specific techniques and methods because it has been collected as a book with its distinctive features after it revealed to prophet verbally. It must be written a detailed introduction and prepared some attachments to benefit from translation easily. This article aims to analyze the introductions and attachments of some translations that written in the republican period (from the early years of republic to nowadays) from different aspects. And to evaluate and to offer succestions about them.
