Summary/Abstract: Behavioral decision making evolved significantly in the last 10 years and has much to offer to communication experts especially to those working in the fi eld of persuasion. Naturally, responsible decision scientists always had a healthy concern regarding the ways in which accumulated knowledge could be applied for different purposes. Our paper focuses on good practices of preference-constructions in decisional sciences which could serve as models of ethical persuasion practices.
