Summary/Abstract: Cetinje is located in eastern karst - Mainland piedmont Lovćena at the bottom of Cetinje field; which lies between 420 22' 36' and 420 24' 23" north latitude and 180 56' 22”; eastern longitude counting GMT. Special significance in the Katun karstic relief has Cetinje field. Cetinje field is in the eastern foothills of Lovćena at an altitude of 660 to 700 m. The long axis of the field; in the northwest - southeast; the debt is 5 km wide; and up to 1.5 km. Size of the field is 4.6 km2 and belongs to a group of smaller fields in the karst. The field is built on the border of the Jurassic limestone in the east end and Triassic dolomites in the southwestern section; and present less frequently Triassic limestones. Formation of fields in the border zone between dolomite and limestone helped the Cetinjska river whose sources are in the north-western edge of the field; and sinks in the southeast. The Cetinjska river as a steady stream flowed to the end of the seventeenth century; and since then has gradually occurred during heavy rainfall.Surface drainage network in the sinking of the Cetinjska river system is completely disorganized. All permanent streams are transferred into the depths. In the field next to the Monastery of Cetinje there is a Cetinje cave complex and extensive sinking cave. It consists of 4 main and several secondary corridors and channels in the upper floors. The main cave system begins sinking caves in Cetinje field and ends with the cave mouth to the source of the river Crnojevića. Between them on the step Dobrsko - Gornjoceklinske bay caves with original source of subterranean Cetinjska River are presented. After the realization of long-standing idea of linking Lovćen by lift with some of the coastal towns; the use of the mountain will come to the fore. In terms of good transport links; Cetinje and Lovcen will become'' annex'' not only to the Budva Riviera; but Bokokotorska subregions. Then there will be many tourists during the day swimming and sunbathing on the sandy beaches of the Montenegrin coast; and spend the night in the fresh mountain air or Lovćena Cetinje. Lipska and Cetinje; are rare and attractive natural rarity and as such; can be very attractive facilities for tourist visit.
