Strategy maps in performance measurement system

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays effective management is based on performance measurement system. One of the most important parts of performance measurement system is strategy map. This is a visual framework of organization’s strategy. A strategy map links objectives in all defined perspectives of performance measurement system and enables better understanding of the strategy. There were discussed in the paper strategy maps used in balanced scorecard and performance prism.
