Summary/Abstract: In this paper I have elaborated the specifications, the structure of the reformed three pillar pension system in Republic of Macedonia and the implications which are expected to happen with the introduction of this combined system. The findings mentioned in this review are preformed for the access to the rights of the users of the first pillar, as well as the ambit of the members in the compulsory capital pension funds (the second pillar). In this paper I have brought out the indicators for the first pillar in relations to the structure of users with particular rights to pension, according to the type of pension, age structure and amount of already acquired pensions, as a result of the implications of the reforms which were done in the pension politics in the last 18 years. In the compulsory pension funds I have elaborated the ambit of the persons, the status and the period of the membership agreement signing as well as the revenues of the compulsory pension funds. Particular regard is paid to the social dialog with the European Union (EU) as a tool of the reforms in the pension politics. As a subject of analysis we have taken several distinct countries (mostly members of the EU) in the vocational literature in the filed of the reforms which they have preformed in the pension politics.
