Analiza kosztów zewnętrznych emisji zanieczyszczeń w transporcie drogowym w Polsce w latach 2000–2014
Analysis of pollutants external cost from road transport in Poland in 2000–2014

Summary/Abstract: The article presents changes in emission of pollutants such as particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), nitrogen oxides (NOx), Non-methane volatile organic compounds (NMVOC), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and carbon dioxide (CO2) resulting from the operation of vehicles in Poland and the European Union in 2000–2014. The external costs associated with the emission of analyzed pollutants in Poland were calculated and as the aim of article were drawn the conclusions on the effectiveness of EU transport policy in emission reduction of pollutants.
