Summary/Abstract: The author disclosed the content of legal services “Pro bono” and characterizes its differences in comparison with legal consulting services, free legal aid, charity of lawyers. The relationship of legal practices “Pro bono” and the social responsibility of legal business is substantiated in the article. The main factors for the development of legal practices “Pro bono” in Ukraine are defined.
