Selected Determinants Shaping Corporate Culture

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the essence of corporate culture in the enterprise and its determinant. Corporate culture is closely tied to an organizational culture that is a collection of values that operate in an enterprise. It should be emphasized that many factors shape the issue of corporate culture, starting from the company’s environment through its characteristics and management style. Several selected elements have been presented in this paper, highlighting the human personality in its main role and its security.
