Essential points of the disciplinary liability of bailiffs

Summary/Abstract: The study gives the author the opportunity to formulate reflections on the disciplinary liability of the bailiffs in the current regulations, also connected with the liability of other professional categories, especially within the liberal legal professions. Some of these reflections refer to the disciplinary deviations regulated by the Law no. 188/2000 regarding bailiffs. Besides the comparative analysis of disciplinary liability, the author carries out an analysis of some aspects of the constitutionality control of some legal provisions and formulates a series of reasoned conclusions.
