Summary/Abstract: At the beginning of the nineties in the previous century a political instability spread throughout Italy. Huge affairs shook the world of politics and the economy, the court revealed evidences that the corruption is placed in the system foundation and that the political parties participated in the game that started in the eighties: enerpreneurs who wanted to rent public properties had to pay the bribe to the parties in the government, who shared proportionally the profit amongst them. That system allowed parties in power(demochristians, socialists, liberals, republicans and socialdemocrats) to finance themselves and their political campaigns. At the end of the eighties, after the fall of the Berlin Wall, that system started to break: parties in power no longer had an international support among the NATO members for the communism was not a danger to Italy anymore.
