Summary/Abstract: In the paper two basic purposes are introduced. The first one is the introduction of possibilities using logistic service outsourcing in an enterprise. The second aim is to point at innovation in logistic services because it is the base of every enterprise development. Research about outsourcing in enterprises as well as innovation in logistic service sector were conducted.
