Summary/Abstract: The problems of materials management constitutes a significant aspect in the decisions of enterprises. The aim of this paper is to indicate costs as a parameter of decisionsin materials management. Likewise, the risk aspect issue as well as a cost model have been undertaken in terms of materials management in enterprises.
