Situation of HIV-Positive Young People From Romania. An Analysis of the Risk Behaviours

Summary/Abstract: The present research has tried to establish a diagnosis of the problems faced by the Romanian HIV-positive youth: how they feel after 10-15 years of evolution with the HIV/AIDS, what is their level of education, if they have begun their sexual life, if they have friends, and so on, but also to assess the type of epidemiological pattern we are going toward. The major interest of this research was to provide the public institutions with representative data and information on this vulnerable group of population, with the purpose of documenting the development of appropriate public policies.
