Summary/Abstract: Performance appraisal of the employees is a structured and systematic process that measures employee performance in the organization to determine whether they are produc-tive and if they are likely to improve performance in the future. Currently, performance appraisal is important in the decision-making process as regards the results to be achieved by employees as well as on the strategic management of human capital within the organi-zation. Unfortunately in many cases the performance appraisal process is just descriptive one without any sociological or statistical secondary analysis. The main goal of our article is to describe some statistical results after a quantitative appraisal process in an economic organization. The results and method can be used further to compare diverse tools and findings used in performance appraisal of the human resources in other (economic) organizations.
