Pro-environmental Behavior of Households

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the environmental behavior of households against contemporary trends in consumption, such as greening consumption, deconsumption and sustainable development. The article analyses factors determining environmental behavior of households. Exemplification of this discussion is constituted on the nationwide household survey conducted by CBOS on selected forms of ecological behavior. In the framework of primary research lead by the author, the article discusses factors and barriers to environmentally friendly behaviors against ecological consumption habits in Wroclaw households.
