Summary/Abstract: This second part is concerned with the development of the ideas in Logic, laid on objective foundations, as well as an outlook of future developments. Necessity for improvement of the language of logic, applications of the methods of mathematics, examination of thinking as an algorithmic process, and strengthening of influences of the scientific methods, are the main reasons for development of Mathematical logic. The foundations of Logic until the beginning of the 20th century are examined in close relation to the foundations of Mathematics. The development of Logic in the 20th century showed that paradoxes, vicious circles, self-referential statements are unavoidable. This fact forces the foundations of logic to be concerned with interactions between objects, dynamics of systems, processing in changes , as well as interaction between different processes. Such approach is validated for various applications, which create conditions for search of regularity of Logic on pragmatic foundations. Such foundations would preserve the tradition of setting the base of objectivity on an abstract level, combined with the interaction with the objects in the applications.
