Summary/Abstract: The paper presents and analyzes the problems of early education on the issues of risk, safety, and health. It outlines their projections in an original thematic content system to guide three to seven years’ old children in the natural and social world. In a forming plan, grounds of efficiency are derived of the approbated model complex of forms and methods of nurturing the foundations of valeological culture as well as culture of disaster, emergency, accident, and fire prevention. Determinants of efficiency are defined of the childenvironment pedagogical interaction in safe life activity education.
