Summary/Abstract: Martin Camaj's work Dranja was published in Munich, in 1981. It is a text with a different poetics in relation to the foregoing texts of Albanian literature. It is written specifically to counter them. The texts in Dranja, which are called madrigals, are written in prose, function separately, but also as pieces that together make a symbolic and palimpsest mosaic. Intertextuality can be investigated and studied everywhere. This is cautioned in the title of the work, subtitling, preposition; in the form of writing: where poetry, prose, madrigal, myth, and fairy tales coexist. The main communication Dranja has with Albanian folk literature. This study was taken precisely with the mapping of these interconnections. In most cases the deheroic code creates an opposition to the mythical and fantastic code (which has long prevailed in Albanian folk and written literature). The new text uses the old text to create new poetics, but also to mark its preservation within itself as a shadow, as a breath. This phenomenon creates the poetics of the palimpsest, and the poetics of Dranja too.
