Summary/Abstract: General Mehmet Deralla is the first in the history of the army, first Minister of War interim government Ismail Kemal, a task which helped him to be even Founder of the Albanian armed forces. At the height of his career in the Assembly of the League of Prizren in 1878 removed from the general body grandiose uniform and joined the Albanian forces Ymer Prizreni. While the League of Peja 1899 led by Haji Zeka, he was beside him. In uprisings powerful anti Ottoman years 1908- 1912 Deralla with his boys were in charge of major patriotic movements of these years who were distinguished not only for bravery, courage and logic but also for their financial contribution dedicated Albanian issue.
