Summary/Abstract: Some skills and qualifications are universal and are used in various job positions to the required for the position extent. IT qualifications are such that the knowledge and skills of using new information technology depend on the work done at the given position. A professional IT technician who performs IT solutions for the client needs to have a higher IT qualification from the user of the solution being developed. It is crucial to verify that qualifications are adequate in order to properly fill the job. In this article, we show the results of a study on the opinion of the IT community on the IT certification and certification system. They are surprising because the environment of the need for an IT verification system is very restrained.
