Summary/Abstract: This text offers a new translation into Ancient Greek of Mystagogia by Saint Maximus the Confessor. The translation itself is preceded by an introduction to the manuscript history, the translations and the theology of this brief patristic dissertation. The critical edition of Mystagogia by Saint Maximus the Confessor (the source of the current translation), the work of French Professor Christian Boudignon from Université de Provence (Aix Marseille I), was set to the high scientifi c standards of the collection “Corpus Christianorum” to be published in April 2011.
