Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the work is to the study the contemporary forms of cultural industries, namely the male group "Kozatski zabavy". We consider the activities of the group in the context of culture processes. The authors analyzes the concept of "band" in the musical-historical process. The methodological basis lies in the use of comparative, historical and logical methods and hypothetical-deductive method. It suggests consideration of the ensemble as a phenomenon of culture. The above methodological approach facilitates the analysis and formation of the music band phenomenon in the cultural space of creative industries. The research tries to find place and role of this band in the existing art forms. Scientific novelty consists in the positioning of the male group as a kind of cultural industry, which has a significant socio-psychological and educational potential. First creation and activity of male band "Kozatski zabavy" receives coverage in the scientific work as the embodiment of tradition and modernity, in particular the authors emphasize the archetypal principles in implementing the team concept. It studies specificity of composition and activity of this band repertoire as certain preserving of national traditions and culture. Conclusions. Understanding of musical bands as culture creative industries form the complex production process of spiritual culture of the nation, based on the dominant system of value orientations of Ukrainian traditions and their transformation in the modern context of the epoch.
