Summary/Abstract: Clients in the banks and the market and credited actors have to take credit decisions correctly and have great importance for the training of the receivables in their maturity. For this, credit decisions should not be taken only by financial analysis studies, but market intelligence studies should be carried out at the same time. Making market intelligence work with limited resources can lead to false and misleading results. It is necessary to know which information will be taken directly from the market, which directly affects customer credibility. Our main purpose in this study is; it is necessary to have knowledge about the diversity of resources related to market intelligence and their functions.
