Considerations on the application of the precautionary principle   "The best interests of the child" in the case of the divorce of his parents

Summary/Abstract: The principle of „protecting the child’s best interest” represents the focus of the family life, whereas whatever the personal relationship between husbands will evolve and whatever decisions they intend to take with regard to personal relations between them, those decisions will be necessary to be taken such that this legal principle should not be infringed. The present research is focused on how the principle of „protecting the child’s best interest” is applied in case of divorce and what might be a solution in such a case so that this procedure has no adverse impact on the child.
