Summary/Abstract: Quoted companies are of the public interest. Professional and home investors buy their shares. It is necessary appropriate analysis to make a good decision. One of the analysis is fundamental analysis. It is justify to do fundamental analysis only when it is connection between changes of the firm’s fundamental position and changes of their shares price. Provided investigation show that it isn’t this connection. More justify is probably technical analysis.
