Summary/Abstract: This article concerns itself with the analysis of selected principles and methodsof quality management in business, as well as the potential for adapting them for thesupply chain system. The work includes a framework of the most important issues associatedwith quality in businesses, with the main emphasis being on flexible collaborationsbetween firms and product quality assurance. As a result of considerations, we proposedthe concept of quality management in the supply chain, based on specific applications ofselected principles and methods of quality management.
