Building Passion for Management of Projects in Non-profit Organisations

Summary/Abstract: The article raises the following question: how to build passion for management of projects in non-profit organisations? The indication was made on the character of operation of project teams and occurring social problems. Attention was drawn to the possibility of using participatory approach in building project organisation, with particular focus on enthusiasm which should be the foundation of development of the non-profit organisations.
