Summary/Abstract: The paper presents an attempt of identification and evaluation rewarding systemin the railway company. The research was carried out in the organization representing the passenger rail carrier, in the group of 90 employees. The study used the following methods:a questionnaire survey, participant observation and analysis of documents.
