Article presents development of concept of public co-management andmethods project management. It present for partner project in favor of regional evolutionof administrative district in it of study of the case entitled “Local initiatives for theGorlice and Nowy Sącz regional development of the district” implemented together byself-government units, the non-governmental organization and the enterprise.
