Partner Projects between Self-Government Units and Higher Education Institutions as a Chance of Development of The Public Sector in the Nowy Sącz County on the Example of the Project “Professional Clerk - Modern Administration of the Nowy Sącz County

Summary/Abstract: In this article the partner cooperation of a self-government unit with higher education institution was presented in the range of a project implementation financed from the European funds. The initiatives taken both by social and public organisations more and more often assume the form of a package of disposable and unique undertakings – projects. Partner projects are one of possible forms of implementation of projects. Appointing a partner project by representatives of several institutions provides comprehensive and innovative approach to performed tasks, thanks to complementation of the partners’ areas of activity. Portraying barriers and benefits resulting from implementation of partner projects between self-government unit and higher education institution is a purpose of this article. In the article a case study was presented for the partner project entitled: “Professional clerk – modern administration of the Nowy Sącz County” implemented with the partnership of the self-government unit and higher education institution.
