The Idea of the Development of the Mechanism of Selfregulation of the Information Flow Optimization Projects in the Public Administration

Summary/Abstract: The themes referring to the information system are most frequently found whenthe problems of enterprises are analyzed. What is worth to notice is the fact that in a viewof huge number and huge differentiation of the information receivers, this research field isparticularly important also when viewed from the perspective of units of public administration.The authors of the present contribution formulate the thesis that, in the light of needsof the above-mentioned units, it is advisable to manage the projects that are oriented towardthe perfecting of the information processing in such a way that would take into considerationthe mechanism of self-regulation and feedback (reversible coupling).
