Summary/Abstract: Transforming closed organizations in open social systems, reflecting the influences of the environment is one of the major challenges that the modern management is facing. Changing the organizations from chaotic to perfect ones implies adequate cultural attitudes, commitment and active project focusing on all levels of the system (organization – team – person). There is no universal formula and simple solutions. Major challenge for the new millennium management is to realize the maximum potential of the human factor.
