Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to provide a broader look at the issue of social innovations through the prism of the possibilities of their creation and implementation in socially responsible organisations. The author of the article presumes that the ability to innovate in the area of labour market organisations implementing the model of corporate social responsibility is higher than in organisations not functioning on the basis of social responsibility.
